'Annual reviews - the process and your rights' provides valuable guidance for parents and carers of children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) who want to learn more about the annual review process.

This webinar was delivered live in December 2023 by members of our legal team, and covered crucial topics, including:

  • When annual reviews and phase transfer reviews should take place, and what the review process is for these,
  • What rights parents, carers and young people have, and
  • What action they can take if the process is not followed.
