Set up your fundraising page

Set up an online fundraising page to get your fundraising started! JustGiving logo

JustGiving allows you to create your own web page. People can then donate, leave you messages, and the money (including any Gift Aid) automatically gets sent to IPSEA.

Set up your fundraising page today

Once you've set up your online fundraising page, don't forget to:

Tell us about your event!

We would be delighted to hear from you and find out all about your fundraising. We can also share your page in our communications.

Add a profile photo

Take some time to personalise your page. The profile photo is the first thing people will see, so add your photo to let your supporters know it’s your page.

Write your story

Your supporters want to know about your fundraising and why you're doing it, so make sure your page tells your fundraising story. Let people know about your fundraising event and how their support will make a difference.

Tell your supporters how their donations will help

By raising money for IPSEA, you're making a huge difference to children and young people with SEND.

Although the SEND legal framework is very clear about what support children and young people should receive, the law is routinely broken, leaving thousands of children every year without education that meets their needs. With your help, IPSEA can provide free legal information, advice and casework support to families battling the SEND system – empowering them to enforce their legal rights and entitlements to secure a suitable education for their child.

Set a fundraising target

You might already have a fundraising target if you're joining one of our events, but even if you don't, it's a good idea to set yourself a goal.

Include any donations you've raised offline

If you’ve been collecting money offline, you can update your JustGiving page to include this money. It will then be added to the total, contribute towards your target, and your page will reflect all of the donations you’ve received.

Share, share, share!

Make sure you're sharing your fundraising page regularly. Had a generous donation? Completed some training? Reached your fundraising target? Let people know about it! Update your fundraising page and share on your social media. Donations come in after events too, so you can even share your fundraising page after your event.

Facebook fundraiser

You can also fundraise for IPSEA directly on Facebook with your own fundraising page. Whether you're taking on a challenge or celebrating a birthday, you can collect donations from your connections to support IPSEA's work through Facebook. All funds raised are automatically sent to IPSEA.

Set up a fundraising page on Facebook.

Contact us

We would love to support you in your fundraising and hear about your event or idea. You can reach us at [email protected].
