You can appeal about what an education, health and care (“EHC”) plan contains when it has first been issued after an EHC needs assessment, if it has been amended at any time, or if the local authority (“LA”) has refused to amend it following an annual review.

When we talk about ‘contents appeals’ we mean an appeal against any part of an EHC plan.
