What the case studies in the green paper SHOULD say

The SEND Review, published in the form of a Government green paper, includes several case studies that seemingly illustrate how the system will work for children and young people following the proposed changes.

We have rewritten these to show how these scenarios SHOULD play out if the current system worked as it should, and how the proposed reforms would make it harder for children and young people to get the special educational provision and support they need
