We deliver legal training to parents and carers, school staff, parent carer forums, local authorities and other organisations working in the field of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in order to increase their knowledge and understanding of the SEN legal framework.
By law, children and young people with SEND are entitled to educational support that meets their individual needs. Our training empowers families to secure the education their child is legally entitled to, and gives SEN professionals the opportunity to explore key issues in SEND law in the context of their role and organisation.
