Astrid's story: volunteering on the Tribunal Support Service

Meet Astrid, an IPSEA Tribunal Helpline and Tribunal Support Service volunteer. 

Astrid has a child with additional needs, and has firsthand experience of the challenges families face. After navigating the SEND Tribunal herself, she wanted to provide other families with the information required to empower them to do the same.
