Tribunal Support Service Coordinator, 21 hours per week, £21,000 per annum pro rata

IPSEA is a registered national charity (number 327691) giving free and independent legally based information, advice and support to make sure that children and young people with all kinds of special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) get the right education. 

We are recruiting for a Tribunal Support Service Coordinator to coordinate IPSEA’s Tribunal Support Service which provides advice and support to parents appealing a decision to the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal (SEND). 

The role involves coordinating requests and referrals for casework to volunteers, and ensuring accurate and timely information is inputted onto our database. You will need to possess good IT skills, good communication and listening skills, be organised and proactive, and have attention to detail. 

Previous experience working with volunteers and knowledge of special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) is desirable, but not essential.
