Summary:This modular online course looks in detail at the scope of special educational needs and disability (SEND) law. It is more in-depth than the Foundation Level and covers additional material. It is aimed at professionals supporting and advising parents or parents themselves who wish to gain a greater knowledge.

Summary: This modular online course builds on the learning acquired in the Level 1 / Elementary online learning and face-to-face training to give a more in-depth knowledge of certain areas of law relating to children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (“SEN Law”).The online course also aims to provide an introduction to the elements of health and social care law which would be relevant to a child or young person who had or wished to have an Education Health and Care plan (“EHC plan”). The course relates to the law as it applies in England.

Course: Level 3/ Advanced SEND Law online learning
Summary: We have devised IPSEA's Level 3 training as an Advanced Level training for those who have successfully completed Level 1 and Level 2. It will enable you to take your understanding of the law relating to the education and training of children and young people with SEN and disabilities even further, but with a particular emphasis on gaining knowledge to support parents and young people to bring different types of appeal to the SEND Tribunal. The course relates to the law as it applies in England.
