IPSEA Raffle terms and conditions IPSEA raffle terms and conditions Independent Provider of Special Education Advice are licensed by Uttlesford district council to hold small society lotteries, of which this is one, reference number: 19/4452/GALOTT Raffle Rules: The cost of each ticket entry into the IPSEA raffle is £2.50. You may purchase more than one ticket. If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 he/she will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit his/her prize and the stake will be returned. The IPSEA Raffle is open to residents of Great Britain (only) over the age of 16, except employees of IPSEA, members of the board of trustees, their agencies and other companies directly involved in the running of the raffle. To purchase raffle tickets online entrants must be residents of Great Britain (only) and 16 years of age or over. This means that online entries will not be accepted from Northern Ireland. IPSEA will send raffle prizes to addresses in Great Britain only. This means prizes cannot be sent to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or BFPOs. The draw will take place on Friday 6th December 2018 Monies raised by this raffle will support the activities of the direct services of IPSEA, registered charity number 327691. IPSEA accepts no responsibility for raffle tickets which are lost, damaged, illegible or from which the prize-winner cannot be identified, or for any technical failure or event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted. Winning raffle tickets will be selected by a blind draw. The raffle draw will be conducted at the IPSEA office in Saffron Walden, Essex and will be witnessed by IPSEA employees or their designated representatives. A statement giving details of winning tickets will be signed by the person making the draw, and the witnesses. Prizes will be allocated in order of the tickets being drawn from prize 1 to prize 14 Once drawn an individual ticket will not be eligible for any further prizes. No correspondence will be entered into. Please keep the ticket or allocated number as proof of purchase. Where IPSEA is unable to contact a prize-winner so that a prize remains unclaimed for six months following IPSEA’s first attempt to notify the prize-winner, IPSEA may apply the prize as it sees fit, including re-offering the prize in future raffles. In the event of an error, howsoever caused, which affects the competition in any way, IPSEA reserves the right to administer the raffle as though the error had not occurred. Where IPSEA deems it appropriate and/or feasible it will notify entrants of the error. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry. IPSEA reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion. The IPSEA raffle is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
