We are paying close attention to the government advice during the coronavirus outbreak and will continue to do so. In light of the current advice, many IPSEA staff are working from home and our administration office is unable to take calls at this time.

Our volunteers continue to assist the families of children and young people with SEND with advice line calls and tribunal support. Where volunteers find themselves unable to volunteer due to their own personal circumstances, we have asked them to let us know and we shall do our best to identify further help.

If you require advice, our process hasn’t changed – you will need to book an appointment on our advice or tribunal helpline – please follow this link. Available appointments appear on the calendar in blue. Please keep the calendar under review as our volunteers will add more appointments where they can. The following organisations may also be able to assist you:

If you need to get in touch with us about something other than booking an appointment or getting advice, please contact the office team by email at [email protected]

IPSEA will do its best to continue supporting the families of children and young people with SEND during this difficult time.

Thank you.
