IPSEA SEND Law for Local Authorities - 25 March

This session is delivered live a member of our legal team over Zoom, the training day covers the following topics: 

• The SEN legal framework – including statutory duties on local authorities
• Education Health and Care (EHC) needs assessments and EHC plans
• Naming a school or college in an EHC plan
• Home to school transport
• Exclusion 

By the end of the training, attendees will have a sound understanding of the framework of SEND law and the duties of local authorities, schools and colleges towards children and young people with SEND.
