Fundraising volunteer role description

Title Fundraising Volunteer – Office based (Saffron Walden, Essex)
Co-ordinated by Julia Hancock (Development Manager)

Purpose To develop a diverse and sustainable funding base
Main Tasks Working from home helping us raise essential funds for our work. You could:
 

• Research potential funders.
• Send template applications out to funders.
• Organise an event or activity - from individual sponsored runs, tea parties, bike rides, and quizzes through to fashion shows, and grand balls.
• You may also engage in phone conversations with parents we support in order to encourage them make a donation towards our work.

Commitment Flexible – you can do as much or as little as you like from a 3 hour session each week to a whole day as long as it is within office hours
