IPSEA joins parents' groups at No 10

Michael Bernstein of IPSEA (on the right) went to Downing Street to hand deliver letters to the Prime Minister urging him to think again about his Government’s plans to weaken children’s entitlement to special education provision.

Michael was part of an Action on Entitlement delegation representing 36 different voluntary/parents’ organisations who are alarmed at the change planned to the Code of Practice which would remove advice to LEAs to quantify provision in Statements.
