IPSEA Parent Surveys
We run quarterly surveys of parent satisfaction with our services. Parents who have used one of our services are asked to spend a few minutes completing our simple online survey. We usually get a response rate of 25%. Here are some statistics from our survey of parents who used our service In January to March 2009.
- 95% of people asked said they would recommend IPSEA to other parents
- 70% of people said that they felt confident and that they developed new skills after being asked to carry out tasks for themselves
- 62% of people asked said that they did not know of any other organisation that may have been able to offer similar help.
