IPSEA Volunteers Training Day

On Saturday 70 people attended the IPSEA Volunteers Training Day at Olswang Solicitors in London. We have 168 volunteers covering the telephone advice lines and providing tribunal support so it was great to see so many giving up yet more of their time. The day included an update on recent case law from David Wolfe, a Barrister specialising in Education law at Matrix Chambers. There were also workshops about Academies, the Equality Act, Post 16 Education and Transport.

Although we have a growing number of volunteers, demand for our services remains very high; every day we receive more than 100 calls we can not answer. If you are interested in joining our volunteers please click here for more information.
