IPSEA's 0800 Advice Line is covered by 1 or 2 volunteers working from their own homes. If the line is busy, our volunteers are all on calls. IPSEA does not operate an answer phone service. If you receive an answer phone message, this will be the volunteer's personal voicemail - please do not leave a message as they will not be able to return your call. Please keep trying. Mobile phones: Some mobile phone providers charge their users for 0800 numbers. Please check with your provider. Alternatively, you can call us on 01799 526771. You are encouraged to call the Advice Line as often as you need to.
IPSEA has a dedicated tribunal help line that you should call if you are appealing. Our Advice Line cannot support Tribunal appeals. The current top 5 issues being raised on the Advice Line are: Home/School transport, proposed Statements, failure to provide support at school, exclusion (especially informal exclusion) and lack of Local Authority funding for SEN.
