IPSEA’s Advice Line is our “front line” service for parents – it is the number to call with any question or problem you have concerning your child’s education. Please do not call this number if you are in a Tribunal situation as we have a dedicated tribunal help line.

The current top 5 issues being raised on the Advice Line are:

1. Home/school transport
2. Proposed statements
3. Failure to provide support on SA or SA+
4. Exclusion – especially informal exclusion
5. Lack of LEA funding for SEN
