Help lines engaged???
We know that lots of people find it difficult to get through to our help lines. More and more parents are seeking IPSEA's free and independent legally based advice. Our most recent of survey showed that about half get through the first time they call.
Please help us develop our services by telling us about your experience of getting through to our help lines.
